Progression Guide: Stones
The Stones, also known as Soul Stones, Magic Stones, or Gems, are special items that grant direct attributes to the character when fused into the equipment slots.
They can be placed in weapons, armor, necklaces, and ornaments, and represent one of the most important stages of character progression. A player with good stones can gain thousands of health points, damage, and levels of attack and defense compared to a character without stones.
In this guide, you will understand how stone fusion works, all the types of stones available, how to evolve them level by level, and which are the strongest stones in the game.
How to fuse stones into equipment
To place a stone in an equipment, it needs to have available slots. Each slot accommodates one stone. The fusion is done through the “Soul Stone Fusion” option at the NPCs corresponding to each type of item:
- Weapons: NPC Blacksmith;
- Armor: NPC Tailor;
- Accessories (necklaces and ornaments): NPC Artisan.
Just place the equipment and the stone in the indicated spaces, pay the amount in coins, and confirm. The chance of success for the fusion is always 100%, with no risk of losing the item or the stone.
Important: stones have a grade level, which indicates the minimum equipment level required to receive them. A high-grade stone can only be placed in equipment of equal or higher grade.
Weapon and armor stones
For weapons and armor, there are various types of stones, and the effect of each one changes depending on where it is fused: in weapons, they strengthen the attack; in armor, they strengthen defense and survivability.
The main common stones are:
-
Burning Red Stone
:
increases Physical Attack on the weapon and Physical Defense on the armor;
-
Cloud Stone
:
increases Magical Attack on the weapon and Magical Defense on the armor;
-
Yellow Stone
:
increases the character's HP, being one of the most used stones in the game;
-
Dark Green Stone
:
increases the character's MP;
-
Sharp Stone
:
increases Accuracy on the weapon and Evasion on the armor.
These stones evolve from level 1 to 10 and, at the top of the line, gain special versions with unique names:
-
Red Eye Stone
:
the top of the line for Physical Attack / Physical Defense;
-
Blizzard Stone
:
the top of the line for Magical Attack / Magical Defense;
-
Verdant Stone
:
the top of the line for HP.
Elemental Stones (Jades)
The Elemental Stones, known as Jades, grant attributes linked to the five elements of the game. In armor, they increase elemental resistance; in weapons, they amplify the damage of the corresponding element:
-
White Jade
:
Metal element;
-
Green Jade
:
Wood element;
-
Black Jade
:
Water element;
-
Red Jade
:
Fire element;
-
Yellow Jade
:
Earth element.
The Jades also evolve from level 1 to 10 and, at higher levels, gain special versions with unique names.
At level 11, the lines evolve into
Solid White Jade
,
Harmonious Green Jade
,
Wise Black Jade
,
Respectable Red Jade
and
Thick Yellow Jade
.
At level 12, the peak of elemental progression, they become
Snowflake Jade
(Metal),
Blue Rain Jade
(Wood),
Wise Black Jade
(Water),
Sun Red Jade
(Fire) and
Golden Pointed Jade
(Earth).
Necklace and ornament stones
The necklaces and ornaments receive exclusive stones, different from the stones for weapons and armor. Each line has three versions: the common, the Advanced, and the Perfect:
-
Luminous Stone
:
directly increases Physical Defense;
-
Flood Stone
:
directly increases Magical Defense;
-
Blood Stone
:
increases Constitution points;
-
Clarity Stone
:
increases Spirit points.
Among the special accessory stones, the
Yan Luo Stone
(Attack Level) and the
Mountain Stone
(Defense Level) stand out, considered the ultimate goal for necklaces and ornaments in traditional progression.
Special Stones: Attack and Defense Levels
The most coveted stones in the game are those that grant Attack Level and Defense Level, attributes that directly impact the damage dealt and received by the character.
-
Tiger Diamond
:
grants +1 Attack Level;
-
Dragon Diamond
:
grants +1 Defense Level, forged from 3 Tiger Diamonds;
-
Precious Jade
:
grants +2 Defense Levels, forged from 3 Dragon Diamonds;
-
Demon Stone
:
advanced Attack Level stone for weapons and equipment;
-
Serenity Stone
:
advanced Defense Level stone for weapons and equipment.
These stones are rare and valuable, forming the foundation of stone progression for any character focused on PvP or high-level content.
Superior Stones: the Peak of Progression
At the top of stone evolution are the Superior Stones, which grant two attributes at the same time, combining Attack Level and Defense Level into a single stone:
-
Wisdom Stone
:
+4 Attack Level and +2 Defense Level (weapons and equipment);
-
Strength Stone
:
+4 Defense Level and +2 Attack Level (weapons and equipment);
-
Awakening Stone
:
+4 Attack Level and +2 Defense Level (necklaces and ornaments);
-
Majesty Stone
:
+4 Defense Level and +2 Attack Level (necklaces and ornaments).
To forge the Superior Stones for equipment, it is necessary to gather
Harmony Stone
(18),
Demon Stone
(1) and
Serenity Stone
(1) at the Alchemist NPC, through the “Combine” option.
The Superior Stones for necklaces and ornaments require
Harmony Stone
(18),
Yan Luo Stone
(1) and
Mountain Stone
(1), forged at the NPC Wang Cai.
The
Harmony Stone
is obtained through the transmutation of other stones: by dismantling stones at the Alchemist NPCs, the player has a chance to receive the Harmony Stone directly or its
Harmony Stone Fragments
.
By gathering 100 Fragments, it is possible to forge 1 guaranteed Harmony Stone. The higher the level of the transmuted stone, the better the results.
How to Evolve Your Stones
The evolution of stones is done through combination: by uniting stones of the same type and level, the player forges a higher-level stone.
- In the early levels, 3 stones of the same level are needed to create one of the next level;
- In intermediate levels, the amount increases to 4 stones;
- In the highest levels, 5 to 6 stones are needed for each evolution;
- The stones for weapons and armor are combined at the Alchemist NPC;
- The stones for necklaces and ornaments are combined at the Wang Cai NPC.
Unlike forging professions, the evolution of stones does not require mastery or specific profession: any player can combine their stones at any time, as long as they have the necessary materials and coins.
As the cost increases with each level, evolving stones to the top requires a large quantity of basic stones. Therefore, accumulating stones daily through events, instances, and drops is essential for long-term progression.
Recommended Priority Order
For most classes, the general recommendation for stones follows this logic:
- Armors: prioritize Yellow Stones (HP) in all slots, as health points benefit any class. Gradually evolve from the level you can afford to the Verdant Stone;
- Weapons: prioritize Attack Level stones (Tiger Diamond, Demon Stone, and at the top, Wisdom Stone) to maximize damage;
- Necklaces and ornaments: prioritize Attack and Defense Level stones (Yan Luo Stone, Mountain Stone, and at the top, Awakening Stone and Majesty Stone);
- Early game: while you cannot invest in rare stones, use common HP and defense stones, which are cheap and easy to evolve.
Remember: stones accompany equipment changes, meaning when you evolve your set, you will need to remove or redo your stones. Therefore, invest the more expensive stones only in the definitive equipment of your progression.
